Rana is a psychotherapist and the managing director at Mindscape, a company that provides professional development and coaching to clients using evidence-based therapy modalities. She has a postgraduate degree in psychology from Charles Sturt University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from The Australian Catholic University. She has specialised in complex trauma and psychological manifestations, using various therapy techniques to guide clients towards healing and recovery.
Rana has since developed her expertise and knowledge for the corporate space, where she facilitates transformations in organisational culture, communication, performance and human management strategies.
Her ‘whole of picture’ approach recognises that fostering emotional well-being and personal growth is not only beneficial at the individual level but also critical to achieving operational success and creating a positive organisational culture.
She is passionate, driven, and effective, particularly when helping organisations improve their collaboration, diversity, and innovation. Rana intends to create positive and lasting impacts in the intersection between therapeutic and corporate sectors nationally.

Because of the content being taught and the need for participants to benefit from obtaining feedback, the course is capped at an attendance maximum of 15 so all participants can get the best outcomes from the training.

The training is 2 hours per week, over a 18-week period. The extended nature of the course allows for participants to apply what they learn, obtain feedback on their practice and build on this learning as the program progresses.
